1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using musteve.com ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Seller", "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Platform

musteve.com operates as an online marketplace intermediary connecting buyers, sellers, and businesses. Musteve is not a buyer, seller, or broker of listed items/services. We do not take title to items, guarantee listing validity, or act as an agent for any party in transactions conducted between users, unless explicitly stated in specific featured service agreements.

3. User Accounts & Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Accuracy: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Musteve is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Prohibited Content & Platform Moderation

To maintain a safe, legal, and respectful ecosystem, musteve.com enforces a strict automated and manual content moderation infrastructure:

Automated Keyword & Content Filtering: The Platform uses automated filters to scan text descriptions, titles, and communications for banned, hazardous, or illicit terms (including narcotics, weapons, counter-feits, or sexually explicit language).
AI Visual & Media Inspection: All uploaded media (images, graphics, videos) are analyzed via automated AI tools to detect visual integrity violations, including nudity, violence, hate symbols, or illegal items.
Human Review & Administrative Discretion: Items flagged by automated systems or user reports are subjected to manual administrative review. Musteve reserves the unrestricted right to edit, suspend, hide, or permanently delete any listing without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities: Listings promoting human trafficking, child labor, hate speech, weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods, or any activity violating applicable local, national, or international laws are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential notification to law enforcement authorities.
Community Reporting: Users and visitors may utilize our native reporting tools to report suspicious or infringing listings. Musteve reviews these reports promptly under statutory notice-and-action guidelines.

5. Listing Rules & Intellectual Property

Sellers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their listings.
By uploading content to musteve.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for operational, moderation, and promotional purposes.
Users must respect intellectual property rights. Submitting unauthorized copyrighted text or trademarked media is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Paid Features & Promotions: Fees for subscription tiers, listing boosts, or premium platform features are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
Payment Processing: Financial transactions on musteve.com are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Musteve does not directly handle full payment card numbers.
Refunds: Subscription fees and listing promotions are generally non-refundable once the service or placement is rendered, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

As-Is Service: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Third-Party Conduct: Musteve is not liable for user actions, content posted by third parties, quality or safety of listed items, or damages resulting from transactions initiated on the Platform.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Musteve's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Musteve in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to musteve.com immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or post content violating our moderation standards.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
